Lux Interior, lead singer of The Cramps, passed away 4th of February 2009 at age 62. The Cramps were known for their b-movie/rockabilly/punk style of music and one of their songs, Surfin’ Dead, featured on the soundtrack of Return of the Living Dead.They also did Fever for Near Dark and Goo Goo Muck for Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2.
If there was ever any cult music band, it was The Cramps.
