Lovely and detailed review of a remarkable film! I totally agree on how it becomes better after a couple of viewings. I've also seen it for the third time @ Offscreen (what a coincidence) . It was like watching it for the first time.  I couldn't remember a lot from watching it the first two times since I have the tendency to totally forget plotlines of most movies I've seen. Can be irritating according to certain people (huhumm).  But to me it's like the greatest gift. That way watching movies multiple times remains exciting!

Then Giallo films should be perfect for you. Their plots are usually constructed in such a convoluted way, that by the time you reach the end of the movie you'll probably already have forgotten about how it started.
