Brussels, 21st February – 9th March 2008
The year 2008 saw the first edition of Offscreen Film festival, presenting Belgian audiences an exuberant program with out of the ordinary cinema. A mixture of new releases and older gems, delved straight up from obscurity. From spectacular old school 3-D features to modern day world cinema. From vintage freak cinema, including a Tod Browning retrospective, to a celebration of 70′s exploitation films with invited guest, writer/director Jack Hill.
Main location: Cinema Nova
This charming festival’s first edition turned out to be a big succes.
